KEY800 USB keyboard for ABC

KEY800 lets a modern USB keyboard drive a Luxor ABC80 or ABC800. Firmware also exposes remote typing, F-key macros, RGBtoHDMI helper lines, WiFi, and OTA.
If WiFi is not configured yet, the board raises AP ABC800-KEY800.
